1. Please download latest program from http://starparts.chrysler.com & reinstall the Application
OR
Solution 2
1. Go to URL - http://pilot.starparts.chrysler.com/home/html/STARPARTS/SPLauncher.jar
2. Download the SPLauncher.jar file on your machine.
3. Go to the download folder in user's machine, in most of the cases - C:\Users\<User Profile>\Downloads
4. Copy the SPLauncher.jar to folder - C:\Users\<User Profile>\dc_fw\SPLauncher
5. login from Desktop icon again
