Solution 1
1. Reboot your machine and try again with the download process from the beginning.
OR
Solution 2
1. Go to StarParts website - http://starparts.chrysler.com
2. Click on Download button to start the download of Executable file.
3. If we see error - "StarPartsLauncher_exe couldn't be downloaded"; click on Retry button to download the file. Wait for file "StarPartsLauncher_exe" to be downloaded in user's machine.
4. Go to the download folder in user's machine, in most of the cases - C:\Users\<User Profile>\Downloads
5. Rename the file "StarPartsLauncher_exe" with name - "StarPartsLauncher.exe" and double click on this icon to start downloading the StarParts launcher program in User's machine.
6. Once the download is complete, go to desktop and double click on "StarParts" icon to launch the application. If "StarParts" icon is not created on the desktop follow above mentioned 13 steps to have StarParts functioning correctly.
