Tech Tip Description: If you are ordering an Active Grille Shutter for code P1D73, P05A5 or U11E9, Chrysler is looking to gather information prior to repairing the vehicle. Please contact Jim Allie via Cell Phone (248) 736-5349.
If the dealership is within the Metro Detroit Area, Jim would like to analyze the vehicle in person prior to repair.
If the dealership is not close, please take note of any damage to the Active Grill Shutter and provide a detailed description of what is causing the issue.
If Jim does not return the call within 15 minutes please gather the requested information and proceed with the repair. Information can be emailed to jaa7@chrysler.com
