StarParts Troubleshoot Guidelines
- Click RUN button on the browser Window to have the StarParts downloaded.
- When the system prompts you to login in, enter your user/computer login and password. If denied, then enter Administrative login and password.
- On the Successful installation, an icon would be placed on your desktop to launch StarParts.
- Click on StarParts icon and launch the application.
Or
- Click on Save/Save As button on the browser Window to have the StarParts.exe downloaded.

Click on the StarParts.exe for installation.
- When the system prompts you to login in, enter your user/computer login and password. If denied, then enter Administrative login and password.

On the Successful installation, an icon would be placed on your desktop to launch StarParts.

Click on StarParts icon and launch the application.
Please contact your site support to ensure you have the proper PC administrative privileges to successfully install the StarParts application.
NOTE: Don't forget to double click on the StarParts Desktop icon to launch StarParts after a successful installation.
