    A: Specifying has received several calls where dealers are using outdated Data Books. Please use the "2003 Fall Quick Reference Guide" that was delivered to all dealers in mid-August with a CD-ROM version included. It's publication #00PM3788. This book contains many new accessories and corrections to previously released publications. Please note, the new Guide is divided into four (4) sections: Jeep, Minivan, Pass. Car & Truck. Each section has its own Index located on pages I, II, III & IV respectively. - Updated: September 26, 2002

    A: Per the Expediting Department a system issue has made order of this part currently impossible. The issue is being fixed and effective Tuesday, October 1, 2002 dealers will be able to re-enter orders successfully. - Updated: September 26, 2002
