    A future release of StarParts will allow a user to log onto two PC's with the same ID. The target date is the 4th quarter 2009. - Updated: September 10, 2008

    2. What do I do when I get the message: User ID already has an active session on the server : Do you want to remove this session and continue with a new one ? - Top

    The message will appear if your ID is already logged in on another terminal, or previous session was not logged off properly. Click yes to terminate old session and load StarParts on your PC. - Updated: September 10, 2008

    3. How do I get my password reset for my login? - Top

    If you think you need a password reset, your manager should be able to access your account to change the password. Any further questions or assistance please contact the DealerConnect Helpdesk at 800-374-4040. - Updated: September 10, 2008
