Once you are on the part / illustration screen that you want to email: Press the ALT & Print Scrn buttons at the same time, this will create an image of the screen Open Microsoft Word or Paint and hit Ctrl-V save file and attach into email.

Yes, you can. Highlight the Part number or VIN in GPOP or your In-house system. Press Ctrl + C OR Right click on the mouse and select copy (this will copy the VIN or part number from GPOP or your In-house System) Get into StarParts and press Ctrl + V OR Right click on the mouse and select paste (this will paste the VIN or part number into StarParts). - Updated: August 30, 2004
The parts transfer file is called parts.xml it will be dropped into a folder on the C: Drive called Temp. If your PC doesn’t have a temp folder one will be created once you hit the Transfer Parts button in the Star Exchange screen. The final step of the transfer is done by your local DSP.
